Pudhina Chaas | Mint Buttermilk
Method for preparing Pudhina Chaas (Mint Buttermilk)
1. Wash the mint leaves nicely. Add the mint leaves, green chilli, yogurt / curd, black salt, cumin powder and salt.
2. Grind then to a smooth paste first. Then add the required water and give once round.
Refreshing and Cooling Pudhina Chaas is ready.

- Mint leaves / Pudhina - 1 cup
- Yogurt / curd - 1 cup
- Green chilli - 1
- Black salt - 1/5 tsp
- Roasted Cumin Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Salt - as per taste
- Water - as required
- Mint leaves or coriander leaves for garnishing

You can adjust the amount of green chili as your taste.
Try to use black salt as it gives unique taste. If not, use normal salt.
Be careful while grinding second time after adding the water. Some old mixie can splash the water out. If you are beginner in handling mixie, then add water and just mix it in a bigger bowl.
