Everybody, who start cooking for the first time, would have come across this situation. We buy fresh coriander leaves, but gets spoiled within 2 to 3 days. So here is a nice tip to save the leaves for a longer time.

Remove the roots..and then remove the spoiled leaf (do not wash)…and keep it in a plastic cover..it will stay for 2 weeks or more..it works for me

I do that as well. Sometimes freeze or soak the leaves in water and keep in the fridge.
