Ingredients
- Green Corriander – 1 bunch
- Green Chillies – as needed
- Coriander seeds – 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
- Pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
- Sugar – as needed
- Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
- Salt – as needed
[The above mentioned proportions can be adjusted as needed for your taste]
Method
- Grind all the above ingredients together.
- It will be having the tastes like sweetness/sourness/spicy.
I did this as a side dish for the Dhokla…

Another variation of the same chutney can have a few pods of garlic and about 1/2 cup of thick curd added to it.
The chutney texture becomes thick when you add curd and the galic adds to the tang.
Of course you can also add a bunch of mint leaves (pudina) as well. Works for sandwitches.
