Actually this is the event, where one member from north team challenge the south team and vice versa. This time, Chandrani, from north team challenged with this awesome Bengali sweet Chhenar Jalebi. How to make Paneer Jalebi/Bengali Chanar Jalebi
Preparation time: 50 min | Cook Time: 30 min | Serves:4
Recipe Category: Dessert | Recipe Cuisine: North Indian
- Paneer – 1 cup
- All purpose flour – 3 tsp
- Milk – 2 tsp
- Sugar – 1.5 cups
- Water – 2 cups
- Cardamom – few crushed
- Saffron – few strands
- Oil – for frying
- Nuts – cashews, almonds or pistas for garnishing
Method
1. Mix the all purpose flour with paneer and knead to make a smooth dough. If you need add little milk.
