This Quick egg fry recipe can be made in just 2 min of time when you have the hard boiled egg in hand and people who are in hurry burry can finish this recipe soon.
Though this egg fry can be made in just 2 minutes of time, it still tastes great with all the masala coated and fried in hot oil. Even for frying this requires very little oil only.
This egg fry recipe can be made easily in morning and it really makes a best side dish for any kind of rice and you can pack this for your kids or hubby’s lunch box.

Recipe to make 2 minutes Quick egg Fry Recipe
- hard boiled eggs – 5
- oil – 4 to 5 tbsp
- mustard seeds – 1/4 tsp
- urud dal – 1/2 tsp
- curry leaves – 2 springs
- turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
- chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
- coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
- salt – as per taste
- ginger – 1/4 tsp optional
- garlic – 1/4 tsp optional
- coriander leaves for garnishing

Ingredients
- hard boiled eggs – 5
- oil – 4 to 5 tbsp
- mustard seeds – 1/4 tsp
- urud dal – 1/2 tsp
- curry leaves – 2 springs
- turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
- chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
- coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
- salt – as per taste
- ginger – 1/4 tsp (optional)
- garlic – 1/4 tsp (optional)
- coriander leaves for garnishing
Step by step instructions to make 2 min Muttai fry
boil the eggs and remove the shell.
cut them into 2 halfs lengthwise. Keep it aside
in a pan add 4 to 5 tbsp of oil
to this add mustard seeds, urud dal and curry leaves and fry for a while.
Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder and salt.
Keep the flame in low and start frying just for 30 sec to 1 min only.
Now add little ginger garlic paste. This step is optional only. If you like ginger garlic smell you can add it, else you can very well avoid them. Fry for about 2 min or until.the garlic smell goes off.
Arrange orPlace the eggs now .
fry a min in one side first.
Slowly turn to the other side and fry a min.
Do this all in low to medium flame as the high flame may make the masala turn black and bitter.
Easy and tasty quick egg fry is ready to be served.
Serve them with any kind of main dishes.
