Watermelon mint popsicle is an easy popsicle recipe Which is made by handful of mint leaves and a dash of lemon juice and is loved by all my family members.
How to make Watermelon Mint Popsicle
if you have a lot of watermelon at the home and you don’t know what to do with those watermelon then you can make this super watermelon popsicle a recipe and save it in freezer for future use.
I have made this watermelon mint popsicle recipe with mint leaves and lemon. if you don’t want to add the mint leaves, you can very well exclude them.
Also in the watermelon mint popsicle I have added honey sweetness. If you don’t want honey then you can add the white sugar. if you want to be in a healthier note, then you can very well add the palm sugar, or jaggery or even dates as the sweetener.
You can add a pinch of black salt which gives a very unique taste to the watermelon popsicle recipe. Since I don’t have black salt while preparing this watermelon mint popsicle, I have not added the black salt.

Ingredients
Watermelon – 1 bowl
Mint leaf – handful
Lemon juice – from 1/2 lemon
Honey – 4 to 5 tsp ( or adjust as per your sweetness level)
Black salt – a pinch (optional, but fives a very unique taste)
Step by step instructions to prepare this watermelon mint popsicle recipe
Lets see the step wise pictures to make the watermelon mint popsicle.
Add One bowl of watermelon into the food processor or a mixer grinder.
To this and a handful of fresh mint leaves.
Now squeeze half a lemon juice to the watermelon.
If you want to add sugar you can add now. I have added the honey. You can also add in palm sugar or dates for a healthier choice. Adjust the honey or the sugar as per your sweet level.
Grind the ingredients nicely to make them into juice form. If you find any tiny bits of watermelon or the mint leaf you can really well filter them using a strainer.
Fill the Watermelon mint juice to the ice popsicle molds and until it is 90% filled up.
Now close the lids of the ice popsicle molds and freeze them for about 6 to 8 hours or overnight.
The next day or after 8 hours remove the Popsicles from the freezer amd dip them in water for 5 sec or show the mould in running tap water for 5 sec.
Slowly remove them from the mould and your tasty watermelon popsicle is ready to be eaten.
