The Bread is powdered well, and when added to the milk, gives the correct thickness to make the kulfi and it just tastes the same as that of the malai kulfi.

  • Almonds – 10
  • cashews – 10
  • pistachios – 12 to 15
  • full cream milk – 3 cup
  • milk bread – 5 slices
  • saffron – a pinch
  • sweetened condensed milk – 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup
  • sugar – 3/4 to 1 cup
  • ragi malt – 3/4 to 1 tsp optional
  • cardamom – little you can also use vanilla essence
  • chopped nuts for garnishing
