Ingredients
  • Watermelon - 1 bowl
  • Mint leaf - handful
  • Lemon juice - from 1/2 lemon
  • Honey - 4 to 5 tsp or adjust as per your sweetness level
  • Black salt - a pinch optional, but fives a very unique taste
Instructions
  1. Add One bowl of watermelon into the food processor or a mixer grinder.
  2. To this and a handful of fresh mint leaves.
  3. Now squeeze half a lemon juice to the watermelon.
  4. If you want to add sugar you can add now. I have added the honey. You can also add in palm sugar or dates for a healthier choice. Adjust the honey or the sugar as per your sweet level.
  5. Grind the ingredients nicely to make them into juice form. If you find any tiny bits of watermelon or the mint leaf you can really well filter them using a strainer.
  6. Fill the Watermelon mint juice to the ice popsicle molds and until it is 90% filled up.
  7. Now close the lids of the ice popsicle molds and freeze them for about 6 to 8 hours or overnight.
  8. The next day or after 8 hours remove the Popsicles from the freezer amd dip them in water for 5 sec or show the mould in running tap water for 5 sec.
  9. Slowly remove them from the mould and your tasty watermelon popsicle is ready to be eaten.
