Masala corn is a famous and favorite kids recipe. It is not only famous among kids but also loved by many adults. This Masala corn recipe can be easily prepared at home since the corn kernels are readily available in stores.

Ingredients
  • Sweet corn - 2 cups
  • butter - 2 tbsp
  • Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Pepper powder - little optional
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Chat Masala - 1/4 tsp
  • Herbs - 1/5 tsp optional
Instructions
  1. In a big vessel add two cups of water and start boiling it.
  2. Add the sweet corn kernels and cook for about 8 to 10 minutes in medium Flame.
  3. When the corn kernels are cooked, transfer the corn kernels to another Bowl.
  4. Now add 2 tbsp of butter and mix them nicely till the butter melts.
  5. Now add the salt as per your taste.
  6. Add the cumin powder, chili powder, chat masala, mixed Italian herbs ( which is optional ) Little pepper powder ( which is optional ) one teaspoon of lemon juice.
  7. add all and mix them well.
  8. Now transfer to the serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
  9. serve the hot hot buttery Masala corn.
Recipe Notes
  1. Try to use nice Rarity of sweet corn has it gives her very good taste.
  2. Add more butter as it enhances the flavors of the sweet corn.
  3. You can also add onion, and other chopped veggies like bell pepper and make it more healthier.
