In a big vessel add two cups of water and start boiling it.

Add the sweet corn kernels and cook for about 8 to 10 minutes in medium Flame.

When the corn kernels are cooked, transfer the corn kernels to another Bowl.

Now add 2 tbsp of butter and mix them nicely till the butter melts.

Now add the salt as per your taste.

Add the cumin powder, chili powder, chat masala, mixed Italian herbs ( which is optional ) Little pepper powder ( which is optional ) one teaspoon of lemon juice.

add all and mix them well.

Now transfer to the serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.

serve the hot hot buttery Masala corn.
