Masala French toast is actually a fusion recipe of the Continental + Desi Style mixed. This one is a Perfect combo of eggs and vegetables and the spiciness so this is not only healthy but also delicious to eat.

Ingredients
  • Bread slices - 4 to 5
  • Eggs - 3
  • Milk - 1/4 to 1/3 cup
  • Onion - 1 small
  • Tomato - 1 small
  • Green or Red Chilli - 1 chipped finely
  • Coriander leaves - little
  • Chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
  • can increase or decrease the quanity of spicies as per your taste buds
Instructions
  1. Break the eggs in a bowl.
  2. Add milk
  3. To this add the finely chopped onion, finely chopped tomatoes, finely chopped coriander leaves and the green chilies.
  4. also add turmeric powder, chili powder, the required amount of salt and and the pepper powder.
  5. Give a nice stir so that everyone is Blended together.
  6. keep it aside for 5 minutes.
  7. Meanwhile lets prepare the bread slices. Cut off its sides and also cut them diagonally.
  8. Now in a pan, apply little oil and heat it.
  9. Dip the bread slices in the egg mixture.

  10. just toast the bread slices for about 2 minutes.
  11. Then flip the bread and again fry for another 2 minutes so that both sides are perfectly cooked.
  12. Bread is ready to serve.
