In a pan, add oil or butter. Butter gives more taste. But here I have used the oil only.

Add in cumin seeds and green chilli.

Fry them for a min. Take finely chopped onions and saute them nicely.

Also add the ginger garlic paste and saute till the raw smell of ginger garlic paste goes off.

Now add the chopped tomatoes and cook untill it is soft.

Add the turmeric, chilli powder, and salt and mix them.

Now add the crumbled panner and mix them well.

you like, add in some garam masala and kasoori methi.

Again mix them nicely.

If you want, add some italian herbs or coriander leaves. I didnt add here.
