Oil - 2 to 3 tbsp
mustard seeds – 1/4 tsp
urud dal – 1/2 tsp
cumin seeds – 1/4 tsp
fennel seeds – 1/4 tsp
curry leaves – 2 springs
chilli powder – 1/4 tsp
turmeric powder – little
coriander powder – 1/4 tsp
salt as per taste
